The Park Avenue Villa 38 unit apartment complex was built in 1998 and licensed as Assisted Living in 2008. The apartments are open to those over the age of 62.

The apartments range in size from a small efficiency apartment of 380 square feet to spacious two bedroom apartments with 840 square feet of living space.
There are common lounge areas on both floors, an enclosed three seasons room for meetings or for parties, and a large congregate dining room on the main floor.
The Villa is connected to St. Luke’s skilled nursing facility by a corridor filled with framed prints and carved wooden birds created by Grace Privatsky, local artist and tenant.
